Nostalgia

I find myself trying to remember what it felt like before. The feeling of bliss, of contentment but I can't seem to find it anymore. Perhaps the trouble is not in the memory but trying to make it appear again. Removing me from the present moment, where experience is truly full & felt, no matter the joy or pain.
